Ombra is a boutique interior studio crafting calm, cinematic spaces for private homes, hotels and heritage buildings — with studios in Milan and Geneva.
Inside Ombra
Working between Lombardy and Lake Geneva, our compact crew blends architecture, joinery and evening light into rooms that stay quiet and welcoming.
01 · 03
Begun in Milan in 2014, Ombra accepts a small handful of houses, hotels and restorations each season — drawn by hand first, finished with local artisans, and styled only after you have settled in.

Our work
Every commission carries its own tone, but the studio language remains constant. Filter the archive to move through residences, hotels, restorations, commercial spaces and light-led commissions.
The studio creed
We design rooms that outlive trends — quiet by day, cinematic by night.

Clients who return for a second project within three years — the quietest endorsement we know.

Isabella ContiCasa Serena · Lake Como

A listed villa, a sceptical heritage board, and a deadline nobody believed. Ombra delivered all three with a grace I have never seen in a contractor meeting.
