Asked often
Most residences land between €1,400 and €2,200 per square metre for design, joinery and styling, excluding structural works. After the first walk we give you a fixed design fee and an honest construction budget — before you commit to anything.
Yes — current sites run from Lake Como to Paris and the Ligurian coast. Beyond northern Italy and Switzerland we work with a trusted local architect of record and visit site weekly, with photographic reports between visits.
Apartments: four to seven months. Villas: eight to fourteen. Hotels and listed buildings: ten to eighteen, depending on approvals. We set the programme at concept stage and have never missed a contracted handover date.
Happily — roughly half our commissions are interiors within someone else's shell. We define responsibilities in week one so drawings never overlap and nothing falls between two desks.
Everything down to the books on the shelf. Our joinery is made by four partner workshops, and we source vintage and contemporary art through two Geneva galleries — all procured, delivered and placed by the studio.
